Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use JM Trade Solutions, a United Kingdom business providing enquiry capture, enquiry notifications and response assistance for tradespeople. By signing up or paying for a plan you agree to them.

The service

We provide an enquiry inbox, a form link for your website, alerts and reply tools, as described on your plan. We work hard to keep it running, but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that every alert is delivered instantly, as email and phone networks are outside our control.

Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling, with VAT added where applicable.
• Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the paid month; we do not refund part months.
• If a payment fails, access may pause until it is resolved.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in details secure.
• Only collect enquiries lawfully and handle your customers' data in line with UK GDPR.
• Do not use the service for spam or anything unlawful.

Liability

We are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may ask us to delete your data when you leave.
